Implant-Supported Security for Full Arch Restoration
Why You Need It
Traditional dentures rest on the gum tissue and rely on suction or adhesives for retention — a solution that can feel uncertain and limit what you eat or say. An implant-supported overdenture snaps onto two to four strategically placed implants, giving the appliance a secure, stable anchor that doesn't shift or lift.
Because the implants transmit biting forces into the jawbone, bone resorption slows dramatically compared to conventional dentures. Patients consistently report a dramatic improvement in confidence, comfort, and the ability to eat the foods they love — without compromise.
The Process
Dr. Paulina Labuz begins with a comprehensive evaluation to assess bone volume and plan implant placement. Two to four titanium implants are placed and allowed to integrate with the jawbone over a healing period. Once integration is confirmed, the implants are fitted with attachment locators — the connection points for your overdenture.
The overdenture is designed with corresponding receptor sites that snap onto the locators, providing firm, reliable retention. It can be removed by the patient for cleaning — combining the security of implant support with the simplicity of removable care.
The Outcome
Locator attachments hold the denture firmly in place during function — no shifting, no slipping, no adhesives needed.
Implant roots stimulate the jaw, slowing the bone resorption that conventional dentures accelerate over time.
The overdenture snaps out for daily cleaning, making hygiene straightforward while still delivering implant-level stability.
